Is there a limit to how many products I can post?

No! It is 100% free and unlimited. Any user can post any number of affiliate products to their store. We encourage you to list your best deals to maximize your earnings.

How do I get visitors to my products?

We already have a large number of daily visitors to our marketplace. We actively promote our website through various channels including SEO, social media, and paid advertising to ensure your products get the visibility they deserve.

Why was my product approved instantly?

We have a list of approved affiliate service providers (such as Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Temu, etc.). If you post a product link from one of these trusted partners, your post will be approved automatically by our system.

Why is my product status "Pending"?

If your affiliate partner URL is not on our pre-approved list, your product goes into a manual review queue. This is a security measure to prevent spam and ensure the safety of our users. We check these links manually.

How do you verify new affiliate links?

We check your affiliate partner directly with the company to verify its genuineness. Once we confirm the link is safe and legitimate, we will approve it. This process typically takes 24-48 hours.

What kind of products are NOT allowed?

We maintain a safe community. Strictly NO sexual content, terrorism-related material, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or illegal items are allowed. Accounts violating this rule will be suspended immediately.

Does it cost money to open a store?

No, opening a store and creating a profile on NetClicky is completely free. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.

Do you take a commission from my sales?

No. We are a directory platform. When a user clicks "Buy Now", they are taken directly to your affiliate link. You keep 100% of the commission paid by the affiliate program.

Can I edit a product after publishing?

Yes, you can go to your Dashboard > My Products and click the "Edit" button next to any product to update the price, title, image, or description.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by navigating to Dashboard > Security Settings. You will need to enter your current password to authorize the change.

What is the "AI SEO Configuration"?

When you add a product, our system helps generate SEO Titles, Keywords, and Descriptions automatically. This helps your products appear in Google searches, driving more organic traffic to your links.

What if a product link expires?

It is good practice to check your products occasionally. If a link expires, you can either update it with a new link via the Edit page or delete the product from your inventory.

Can I customize my store profile?

Yes! You can add a profile picture, a banner image, a bio, your website link, and your social media links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) from the "Public Profile" section in your dashboard.

Can I have multiple accounts?

While allowed, we recommend managing all your products under one strong brand/store profile to build trust with your audience.

How does the search work?

Users can search by keywords or filter by category. Our search engine looks through product titles and descriptions to find the most relevant matches.

How do I report a fake product?

If you see a suspicious product or a broken link, please contact our support team immediately. We take quality control very seriously.

My product image isn't loading. Why?

This usually happens if the source URL protects their images (hotlink protection). We recommend downloading the image and uploading it manually using the "Upload Image" option when adding a product.

Can I see how many views my products get?

Yes, currently we track views internally. We are working on a detailed analytics dashboard that will be available to all sellers soon.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to close your store, please contact our support team. We will assist you in removing your data and products from our system.

What are your support hours?

Our support team monitors emails 24/7. However, for manual product approvals and specific inquiries, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
